1. Booking & deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, or in cash on arrival if agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation policy
More than 60 days before arrival: full refund minus the 30% deposit. 30–60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
3. Changes by us
In rare cases (park closures, weather, force majeure) we may change accommodation or routing of equivalent standard. We will inform you immediately and refund any cost difference.
4. Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and lost luggage is mandatory for all clients.
5. Health & safety
Clients must follow guide instructions at all times, especially during game drives and Kilimanjaro climbs. We reserve the right to discontinue any activity for safety reasons.
6. Liability
Arusha & Zanzibar Safaris is not liable for delays, damages or losses caused by airlines, weather, political events, illness or force majeure beyond our reasonable control.
7. Photography
By participating, you consent to being photographed for marketing purposes. Let us know in writing if you prefer not to be photographed.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arusha, Tanzania.
